Built for real records

Details that make the difference.

A useful financial workspace needs guardrails, not just charts.

01

Review is not optional for bookkeeping

Imported Business transactions remain Pending until reviewed and posted. Do not confuse the statement balance with the ledger balance.

02

Keep your accountant in the loop

Export supported workbooks and workpapers for review. Accountant adjustments can be imported as balanced journals after validation.

03

Canadian rules change

Payroll and tax calculations depend on validated jurisdiction and tax-year rules. Professional review is still needed before filing or remitting.

Frequently asked

Business questions, answered.

Is this a replacement for an accountant?

No. It helps assemble and review accounting records, but tax filings, payroll rules and year-end adjustments should be checked by a qualified professional.

Does an imported bank transaction immediately affect the ledger?

Business imports use a review flow; distinguish pending, posted and excluded transactions and reconcile before treating figures as final.

Does Cloud Sync include every uploaded or generated file?

No. Raw import history, generated reports/workpapers, some sensitive identifiers and certain other items may remain local. See the data guide.

Does it automatically support every Canadian payroll year?

No. Province and tax-year rule coverage must be verified; future years should not be used until calculation rules are validated.

Data ownership and safety

Your account, your data, your choice.

You decide how to manage your information and whether to sync between devices.

01

Local by default

Financial records are available on the device. You can start without linking a bank or enabling cloud replication.

Sync when you want

Signing in identifies you; enabling Cloud Sync separately sends supported records between devices. Not every file or sensitive field is included.

03

Back up independently

Save a backup so you have a copy if you ever need to restore your information.

How it works
