What to do

1. Check both devices are signed in

Make sure you are using the same Cashflow Pilot account on the devices.

2. Confirm Cloud Sync is turned on

Signing in does not enable Cloud Sync by itself. Open Account & registration and check that Cloud Sync is on, if it is available for your account.

3. Make sure both devices are online

Make sure both devices have internet access. Open Cashflow Pilot on each device and check the sync status.

4. See whether the changes are supported

Some files, connections and sensitive details stay on the original device and are not included in Cloud Sync.

5. Save a backup if something looks wrong

If you see a conflict or missing data, do not reset or delete anything. Save a backup and contact support if the issue continues.

Good to know: Avoid deleting app data, signing out repeatedly or overwriting a device to force a sync. Cloud Sync is not a substitute for a backup.
